At Kitchentech Spare Parts, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, we offer an easy return option in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Conditions for returns:

1. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
2. The returned product must be unused and in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging.
3. Electronic components are excluded from return and cannot be returned.
4. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note with your return to ensure smooth processing.
5. Returns that do not comply with these conditions cannot be accepted by us.

How to return products:

1. Contact our customer service and you will receive a free label.
2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and return it to the address specified in the return authorization.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 24 hours.
